Centres of Excellence are units or organizational structures involved in scientific research and the development of high technology at a world level in terms of measurable scientific effects (including training activity).
These centres serve as a hub for teams of scientists with outstanding achievements who cooperate in the areas of common interest and of large significance for national economies.
