Registering for the conference gives you free access to the parallel conference: "Information Society Technologies in the Sixth Framework Programme" 1. Registration fee 70 € for "early bird" registration (before 18th October 2002) 80 € for late registration (after 18th October, before 8th November 2002) The registration fee includes: entrance to all sessions of both Conferences: "Inauguration of the Sixth Framework Programme" and "Information Society Technologies in Sixth Framework Programme" and to conference exhibitions, meals and coffee breaks on November 25-26 as well as banquet on November 25. Travel and accomodation costs are NOT included in the registration fee. 2. Payment Payment has to be made by bank transfer (net of bank charges) made payable to: Bank: PEKAO S.A. Registration Deadline for registration is November 8th (18th October for early birds) There are two options for registering: 1. registering on-line i.e. submitting your registration electronically (recommended option) 2. downloading and filling in the registration form with a text editor or by hand in BLOCK LETTERS, signing and sending by: e-mail to: jsokal@ippt.gov.pl or fax to: +48 22 828 53 70 or mail to: Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Polish Academy of Sciences, National Contact Point FP5, 21, Świetokrzyska Str., 00-049 Warsaw, Poland with a remark "Konferencja 6.PR, zlec. 1087". Cancellation policy No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received prior to October 18th. All refunds are subject to 20% processing fee. After October 18th. 2002 no refund will be made. Substitutions will be accepted at any stage. 5. Confirmation of participation Your registration cannot be processed without payment. You will receive confirmation of your participation by e-mail as soon as your payment reaches us. |
