TERMINY
Wnioski można składać w ramach konkursów ogłaszanych przez Komisję Europejską
i publikowanych w Official Journal - biuletynie wydawanym przez Komisję
Europejską (ukazują się również w Internecie - w bazie CORDIS). Otwarcie
konkursu - opublikowanie tzw. Call for Proposals - otwiera część programu
(który w całości precyzuje Work Programme) w danym Programie Tematycznym
wskazując, jakie rodzaje projektów i w jakich terminach należy składać
(...what types of actions - RTD projects, Accompanying measures etc. are
required).
W każdym Call for Proposal określone są terminy w jakich wnioski należy
składać. Istnieją następujące konkursy:

konkursy z "fixed deadline" ("calls
for proposals with fixed closing dates" lub "periodic calls") - co oznacza,
że termin składania wniosków upływa w podanym dniu, po czym rozpoczyna
się procedura oceniania i przyznawania pieniędzy. Wnioski złożone po terminie
są odsyłane do autorów.

Calls for proposals with fixed closing dates (periodic calls).
These
will be open for the submission of proposals within the scope defined in
the different paragraphs of the work programme setting out the priorities
for calls for proposals, to be detailed in the Official Journal, and outlined
in the indicative timetable for programme implementation. These refer generally
to RTD projects, concerted actions and related networking activities.

konkursy z "open call" (określane również
jako "continuously open calls") - w tym trybie wnioski można składać
w dowolnym terminie w okresie czasu podanym w Call for Proposal, ich ocena
odbywa się kilka razy do roku (terminy ocen - tzw. cut-off dates - są podane),
złożony wniosek jest oceniany w najbliższym nadchodzącym terminie.

Continuously open calls. These will be launched at the start
of the programme for technology stimulation measures for SMEs, training
and accompanying measures and remain open until the last year of the programme,
with periodic evaluations (2/3 per year).

Konkursy zamawiane (dedicated calls)
- ograniczone do bardzo specyficznych tematów, publikowane okresowo, potrzebne
dokumenty są załączone do otwarcia konkursu.

Dedicated calls. These would normally be published periodically
and be restricted to a number of very specific topics and/or activities.
Supporting documents will be provided with the call. The Commission may
also publish a request for interested parties (Expressions of Interest)
to suggest ideas for activity needs to be included in the calls.

Przetargi - Calls for tenders, ogłaszane
okresowo.

Calls for tenders. Accompanying measures related to services
to the Commission (studies, use of external expertise, etc.) will be carried
out following specific calls for tenders to be launched as appropriate.
